Jeremy D. Corriea, MBA is the Founder of the Correia Corporation. He joined the U.S. Army as an Infantryman right out of high school and upon being Honorably Discharged, began his collegiate career at Miami-Dade Community College. He eventually graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition with an emphasis in Athletic Training and a Minor in Psychology. Jeremy has worked with athletes at every level of sports including the collegiate and professional ranks.
Mr. Correia moved away from Sports and transitioned into Finance in 2005. He has worked as a Securities Representative as well as a Mortgage Broker. He is currently a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Real Estate Instructor, a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and a Licensed Residential Appraisal Instructor. He earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management (KGSM) of DeVry University - Florida. He is currently preparing for the Certified Public Accountant exam, which should be a useful credential when working with commercial properties and investors.
Jeremy has completed all of the courses for the CCIM and Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designations. He has also completed all of the courses required to be a General (Commercial) Real Estate Appraiser. In addition, he is a graduate of the University of South Florida's real estate program having earned the Certification in Community Real Estate Development (CRED).
Jeremy is on the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) Roster of approved residential appraisers. He is approved to perform residential appraisals for FHA insured loans. He is also approved to perform residential appraisals for United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) loans. These loans are for existing housing as well as development in rural areas.
